Really nice building and rooms with windows to 5a avenida. The breakfasts at nearby Italian. Very central location, decent base for discovering Playa del Carmen.

Incredible room, lovely, with soft beds. Lovely view and a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. Great and marvelous location in Playa del Carmen, just off the centre of Playa del Carmen-Breakfast, Restaurants and Shopping street and loads of restaurants. Besides, excellent for visiting Quinta Avenida.

The room was good looking and reasonably large with a comfy bed and with jacuzzi which was the penthouse.

Good and excellent location, within a walking distance of everywhere. Hearty and particularly nice breakfast, lots of food and beverages.

the room was new-fashioned, tidy and with windows to 5a avenida. the facilities such as wi-fi, a balcony, and a mini bar where available. location: the hotel was near to shopping in a minute walking distance, the better restaurants and the main pedestrian street and short walk to beach. found la fisheria really close to the property where i had supper.

The hotel was beautiful with spacious rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, and comfortable seating areas. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and bars, and just a short walk from the beach. The staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast in the nearby restaurant was nice and convenient. The A/C and fan in the room worked well.

Well, the area was really noisy overall.

Stayed for 6 days and did not want to leave there, I would definitely go back. This trendy boutique hotel had marvellous views. The location was fantastic and stunning, minute walk from Quinta Alegria Shopping Mall. Plus it was in a beautiful area. The staff was absolutely friendly, I will never forget them. The breakfast was hearty and exceptionally nice - a wide array of dishes.

The location was good and incredible, right on 5 avenue, it's a plus. Very good service, even though a few employees were not very helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing. It was right in the center of the town, next to the best area in Playa del Carmen: the 5th Avenue. Being right in the middle of the action was perfect for me. The hotel was also very clean and had great facilities. The room had a mini-bar, safe, and a spacious closet. The bathroom was nice and had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the staff at the reception was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made my stay even more enjoyable.
